I was dwn with flue and doc said it’s viral I need of antibiotics but it was not the case I actually needed some med with block nose n chesty cough nothing was helping counter med as well was not so effective but MMM OPEN EYE MEDITATION with VK helped me as I did it before going to bed, it was so sound sleep no cough at night which was bothering me a lot
Planning to do for more 3 days as I felt so relaxed clam and at peace after doing this I was so fresh in the morning like pegecrgly ok
