I did this meditation for my mom as well . When I started the meditation for her she was watching TV while sitting and after the completion I went to her room and found her in deep sleep. #Thankyou SharatSir#thanksVk

Thankyou sir for this wonderful meditation.
I felt vibration on each and every point I was reading during the meditation. My body felt so relaxed that I felt like sleeping in between but I tried to complete it and after completion I felt completely fresh.
