I must say yes – some of the them are there in my daily practices. Eg. Walking meditation, sitting meditation, regular volunteering works, charity, healthy eating habits, and more. Meditation has given me a clearer vision on how to handle certain matters. Very inspiring and even made me a calmer person. So much so I don’t have to influence my children, they are just picking up the my vibes and are doing likewise in some of the practices.
