4 sip daily for any chronic problem and 1 sip every 10 mins for an acute problem. There is no any side effect of overdose.

I read about how many i can sip daily from charging water by vk, it is 4 sip daily and if it necessary i can sip every 10 min daily for one week after that sip 4 time daily, can i know please if someone sip charging water with “balance serum to all five elements and 3 Natures” every 1 hour or 2 hour for one month or two month. can i know what side effects if we overdose sips daily, is any bad things will happen?
