Regarding your first query, you have to say 3 times to Vk for eg VK PLEASE ATTUNE ME TO THETA HEALING LEVEL 1.
or VK PLEASE ATTUNE ME TO QRAK CULTIVATION LEVEL 1
OR VK PLEASE SEND ME THE HEALING ENERGY OF KARUNA REIKI.
OR VK PLEASE SEND ME THE ATTUNEMENT OF MONEY REIKI. Similarly you can request any healing at any level.

Attunement will take place in its own time. Dont worry as to how much time it will take to attune.Just make the request and leave VK for 30 mts. Normally attunement gets complete in less time than that.

Second query is which healing I started with. I started with Reiki through normal attunement. I used to practise a lot. Its all about practice and experience with healing.Same goes for Vk also. The more you use and practice the more experience you gain and more knowledge. Then I got attuned to Karuna reiki , Reiki level upto 3A I did through regular attunement from a master . As I mentioned in my article , I wanted to do Reiki level 3 B . Slowly I got introduced to distant attunement and I could feel the energies flowing through me during the attunement and even when I did healing on others. I could make out when the attunement started and when it had almost ended. Sometimes some masters would do it distant and I would know about it. Some sent it via chi balls which worked equally well. When you enter the world of energy it is a very vast field. The more you explore the more u learn.
Similarly when you use Vk to send energy to urself or to others slowly you will experience how much energy is required , how much to send , when healing has started after sending energy . You will also feel the energies . Try mimicking some energies with Vk.It’s a slow and gradual process. All depends upon u. When I practised Reiki , I could make out that energy was not flowing freely in some patients and there was some blockage. On asking they would reveal the problem they were facing. Similarly with Vk , you will come to know when you heal others or urself, what is required. You also get inner guidance while using Vk. All of a sudden you will be guided to do something which had skipped your mind while healing or be guided to add something to your healing energies. So keep healing Divine soul and keep helping people. Take feedbacks and don’t get discouraged that you can’t feel anything. Heal yourself first to clear ur blockages, to clean your aura and balance your chakras.Slowly you will start feeling the energies all around you.

Great explaination about your quest for alternate healing and compassion to heal others.

My journey is exactly opposite. I only knew sw and some angel calling before i came across VK. I only knew the spelling of REIKI but i used to see many crazy Reiki healers who risked their own energy ….healing others.

One of the healers predicted that i would become a healer. So i laughed saying that i dont know anything about these alternate healing except sw and healing codes.

Little did i know i would be blessed with VK. And now with VK i dont need to learn any other healing practices. Intention and Cosmic Serums does wonders and some mimicking with Fun.

Infact some of the Reiki healers approached me saying they want Cosmic healing.

I feel blessed with Sharat Sir VIBBES KADA and VIBBES SEEDER in my life. All so simple to use.
