<p>A few days back, I got some queries from a VK user who lives in Italy and recently got her 2nd VK and one VS.</p>
<h2><strong>And here are her queries:</strong></h2>
<blockquote><p><span style="color: #000080;">I should point out that I don’t practise any specific forms of meditation such as kriya, kundalini or the like (I don’t have a guru to guide me, so I don’t venture into them); I simply enter a relaxed meditative state, asking for a connection with the Divine, to work on aspects of the ego that need transforming, whether inherited from my family or from society (it is part of my mission here on the planet, so that the positive changes I bring about in the patterns of human consciousness may benefit all of humanity). As I always do in my inner work practices, I ask VK to send me all the energy and resources I need to make my inner work session a success. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">Yesterday I used the booster system with the new VK. Towards the end of the session, I noticed that my head was swaying spontaneously on its own and rotating both clockwise and anti-clockwise; nothing else happened, and it wasn’t unpleasant; everything went well. After the session, I felt very good, except that, after about an hour, I felt a bit of anxiety and unease. After dinner, I dozed off whilst reading, then woke up and tried to go back to sleep, but couldn’t. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">At first, I blamed it on the meal at the restaurant (in fact, I did have some digestive difficulties). But the really strange thing was that I was mentally experiencing very brief flashes of unfamiliar images or words I’d simply heard (none of it seemed like personal memories, but it was as if I were an antenna picking up something from the ether, perhaps, I’m not sure), and every now and then I felt some nervous twitches in my limbs. I couldn’t sleep and was anxious about these symptoms; sleep finally came in the morning but was fitful, and I had a dream in which I was climbing a staircase in an unfamiliar house where I noticed a large flame on the hob; I couldn’t turn the flame down with the hob knob and called for help because I was afraid of a fire.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">What could it have been? (I didn’t do anything different from usual.) Perhaps I stirred up a lot of energy with the booster system? (Yesterday’s work actually involved something very deep, linked to painful memories from when I was in my mother’s womb.)</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000080;">Could it be a sort of Kundalini syndrome or some energy shift that is cleansing and reconfiguring my energy? Perhaps a particular chakra has become more active?</span></p>
