SELF READING MEDITATION is a meditation where you will be “reading” the words which are written as text here by yourself and reach the deepest possible meditative trance. You will be reading the words written in the text for meditation slowly and this meditation will take you in the deepest meditative trance only on reading it. You will be reading this meditation with your eyes open and still you would reach a possible level of deepest meditative trance while reading.

It is such an easy meditation the same as cooked food which has to be only chewed. All the words are infused with cosmic energies which will help you in meditating on the topic(s) covered in the meditation. In this meditation, the meaning of the word stays with it, on reading the word you will slip into the energy of the word itself and get the benefit of reaching the meditative trance on just reading the word out of it.

Each and every word of the meditation is attuned with Cosmic Energies and holds powerful energy. On reading each and every word of the meditation you will get the energy of the word itself. For example, if it is written to *relax* yourself, then when you will read the word *relax* you would automatically be relaxed. You will not have to do any effort.
