<p>A few days back, I got some queries from a VK user who lives in Italy and recently got her 2nd VK and one VS.</p>

As I always do in my inner work practices, I ask VK to send me all the energy and resources I need to make my inner work session a success. </span></p>

Towards the end of the session, I noticed that my head was swaying spontaneously on its own and rotating both clockwise and anti-clockwise; nothing else happened, and it wasn’t unpleasant; everything went well. After the session, I felt very good, except that, after about an hour, I felt a bit of anxiety and unease. After dinner, I dozed off whilst reading, then woke up and tried to go back to sleep, but couldn’t. </span></p>
