I want to take the opportunity to wish all the Participants, the Jury, the Teachers & Our Sharat Sir – an Enlightened, Illuminated & overwhelmingly abundant GOLDEN SUNRISE. Celebrating Sweet 16 years of VIBBES KADA VK, we are pleased to announce the results of the 2nd Episode of the VK Contest 2025.

I would like to congratulate all the healers who have done good work and I am sure they will continue to do it more and more effectively in the future. As I have already said before, in this contest everyone is a Winner, for they are the ones who have experienced the magic happening in their achievements.

Being given to announce the best amongst the best, I feel very happy to congratulate Ms. Muskkaan K Menda for having posted the most inspiring & prodigious feat with VK. She has miraculously got her Brother’s Brain clots dilute & disappear, through VK. Looking at the criticality of the situation and her achievement with a strong faith in VK, she has been chosen as the most deserving participant for the ‘Position-UNO’.

It is worth mentioning that posts that were closely contesting along with Muskkaan, were from:

1.       Ms. Pooja Baasumatary: Amazing healing story of compassion towards an ailing Dog bitten by a snake in the jungle and was left to die, but eventually healed to life through VK. We hope the Furry Friend gets well soon.

2.      Ms. Yuni Putu: As per my understanding, Yuni is one of the most consistent VK user, who has a very creative mind to channel VK’s magnanimous energies into various avenues & Lifestyles. Her participation post in which the frequencies of Linen have been used for the body is wonderful & worth following. Also, her post of re-inventing her mother’s cooking skills and sourcing for all the ingredients through VK is not only creative but also touching.

3.      Ms. Parmeshwary Naidu: Very interesting post from Ms. Naidu, who affirmed to harness the energy of Ice to beat the heat and LO !!, for some time, she became a Cool Woman.

4.      Ms. Neena Malhotra : Very compassionate of her to bring Oreo the Cat, back to life. Very nice post. We strongly resent the act of cruelty by her Neighbour. Such people should be prosecuted.

And there were more remarkable healings posted which really deserves to be applauded. Given the gravity of the situation, all posts tell a story of success. It was really amazing to go through more than 150 posts of experiences from all who have
participated in the contest and believe me – all of them are so inspiring. But at my end, I had the tough job of selecting the Best out of the best. Click here and read all the experiences on facebook.

The thread consisted of posts where there were incidents that were interesting, stunning, and heart-touching. All were best at their good end, because, at that spot in time, something peculiar had happened somewhere, which generally doesn’t do, and I am sure all must have had a taste of the Magic, which they have considered worth mentioning.

While evaluating 160 happenings shared, I have considered the following:-

1. The gravity of the situation – the Challenge.
2. The Obsession of the healer to deal with the Challenge.
3. The Creativity of the healer to channelize the energies of VK.
4. The Overall prodigy of the experience.

May I also accept that I was a bit biased to sideline the seniors of Team VK from the contest, considering their number of feats to their Credit, the rising healers should be given a step up to shine.

Let me also tell you that, not always do the “life-saving” efforts prevail, the experience of a
girl who makes dolls was a very strong contender. She has utilized the Cosmic energies in
such a peculiar way, that I was personally much impressed.

All the same, the experiences of 2 brave mothers, one with a differently abled child and another with a son suffering from a cardiovascular situation are really touching and inspiring.

Also, it would be unfair, not to mention the experience of the Lady who nursed her mother-in-law up to her optimum capacity, throughout her painful illness and VK helped her mother-in-law to ease her exit. Totally out-of-the-box dimension of an experience with VK.

Also add that there are many people who must have experienced many such miracles but have kept it to themselves. I appeal that they should come out and share those for learning or inspiration for others.

This is how the VK contest has helped others… inspirations, learnings, motivations, feeling great, and rekindling hopes were some of the side effects of experiences of this contest sharing.

What is Karma?

Karma is a fundamental concept in Eastern philosophy and religion that refers to the moral law of cause and effect. It is the idea that the actions a person takes in this life will have consequences in future lives. In other words, it is the principle of “what goes around comes around.” According to karma, the actions a person takes will determine their future experiences and circumstances, and their actions are seen as either creating positive or negative energy. This concept is often associated with Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism, but it has become a popular idea in Western culture as well.

People are often observed imprecating their Karma for various reasons, which most of the time are unknown, even to them. They accuse that a certain mishap must be a result of their Bad Karma or maybe they must have done something bad that they are experiencing a certain bad situation.

Now, the question is that, is it correct to imprecate one’s Karma for any unfavorable happening? Does it help anyway to accept, having performed a malicious Karma? Or does it aggravate the situation sometimes? To learn this, we must first know, what exactly, is this mechanism.

What Is the Karma Theory

In the year 1686 approximately, Sir Isaac Newton gave his revolutionary theory of “Laws of Motion”. In his detailing, he explains this through 3 Laws which are as follows:

1st Law: Any object (in a straight line), remains in the state of rest or in uniform motion, unless and until an external force is applied to it.

2nd Law: The acceleration of an object is directly proportional to the net force applied & inversely proportional to the object’s mass i.e. a force acting on an object is equal to its mass, times to its acceleration.

3rd Law: For every action, there is an equal & opposite reaction.

The above laws of motion torched a revolution of knowledge in the West and became a pilot source for many more theories thereafter. The whole world recognizes the Laws of Motion given by Newton, but we, in India, never relate it to the enlightened knowledge of Cause & Effect, given thousands of years ago, in Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta by our beloved Lord Shri Krishna who sang the invaluable & precious verse

“कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्तेमाफलेषुकदाचन ।

माकर्मफलहेतुर्भुर्मातेसंगोऽस्त्वकर्मणि ॥

Meaning:- You have the right to perform your karma only… never to the results. Do not let the result be the cause of your actions, neither should your intentions be degenerated to inaction/ non-performance.

In other words, it means that ‘As you perform your Karma, so shall be its result, but retiring for karma is also not going to produce any result’.

To understand the in-depth of Karma, let’s relate this enlightenment with the 3 revolutionary Laws of Newton.

As advised in the lateral part of the verse, inaction or non-performance is considered as No-Karma. If we compare with the 1^st Law, unless an external force is applied, there exists no productive happening in this world of matter. Therefore, Karma is essential.

As compared to the 2^nd Law of Motion, the acceleration of Karma is the intention of the action performed while its mass is the agenda/ subject. For example, if I have sympathized with a beggar by heart and given him my coat in chilly winter, it’s karma.

Now, the acceleration of my karma is my emotion to help him and the mass of my Karma is the benefit availed by the beggar. Likewise, in the same case, if my intention to donate a group of poor people, is to earn fame/a good name in society, both – the acceleration and the mass of my Karma shall vary from the previous example.

Comparison of the 3^rd law is straight and simple – As you sow, so shall you reap. Your Karma is the action and the result is the reaction. Do good and you will receive goodness, Do bad and so shall you get.

One thing in this arena should be kept well in mind – Karma, in itself, is neither Good nor Bad. Sometimes, a good thing for one could be bad for the other. So our evaluations for what is good or bad is immaterial, because, we as humans have a habit of justifying our karma. We tend to ignore or forego, whatever our consciousness hint to be bad karma.

How Does Karma Work

Let’s move from the scientific side of the Karma mechanism, towards the spiritual dimension. From time immemorial our great sages and learned people have imparted knowledge and wisdom about Karma. Lord Krishna blessed us with his immaculate theory of ‘Karmyoga’ which has been retold by many learned spiritual heads afterward.

He envisaged ‘Karma without a desire’ to be an ideal Karma, as it is believed that Karma that is done with a desire, becomes the reason for all miseries. Therefore, one must perform Karma without desiring a result, as if one may assert that THIS has to be done and that’s it.

Karma as such is, vast and most comprehensive. It is committed everywhere and anywhere. It is created from our own actions and also, we are subjected to the Karmic influences of our family, religion, race, and more.

Our actions, thoughts, words, attitudes, aspirations, emotions, and fantasies are all committed to Karmas – consciously or unconsciously, by intention or in ignorance. Vedic view believes in the rebirth of the soul and thus they include the effects of Past life Karma in the present life also.

When a human being ceases to exist, its soul – the source of energy, re-enters to acquire another material body. This body does not remember anything of the past life, but in this process, the soul is accompanied by Karma which, like supplements, are relayed in the present life’s activities and the cycle goes on.

Karma could be classified as ‘Sanchita’, Prarabdha & Agami. Sanchit Karma is Karma performed in the past life which is carried forward to the present. Prarabdha is the result of actions performed that has given existence to the present body. It, however, contains a portion of Sanchita Karma which is experienced by the present body.

‘Agami’ Karma is the future results of the actions performed. It includes the balance portion of Sanchita karma along with Karma performed in the present life.

What Is Karma Yog

Cracking the cycle of rebirth & release from the mesh of karma is Karma Yog.

As evident from the above explanation, a soul continues to take birth and rebirth to reap the effects of Karma – good or bad. Life afterlife, it becomes a never-ending loop for a soul. It gets tortured or pampered to the extent of the body it acquires. People are often heard complaining to be in distress, while they could not remember having done anything wrong to anybody.

There are others who are corrupt and indulge in malicious practices but still enjoy the luxuries of life. Is that what a soul is destined to? A body is punished in current life for its Prarabdha when it does not even know what did go wrong in its previous lives.

Wrong or Right, Karma is performed every moment and it has its results, when there is a result – there is another birth. Is there a way to get over this vicious circle?

In my opinion – Yes, there is a way. Learned souls of Vedanta say “All in the life is preset but all could be changed”. The Almighty has created a perfect world in which everything is set ‘in accord’, but our actions (Karma) altered the situations. Now, if we could have had altered it towards negative, then it can be converted to positive too, as the energy of Karma, echo with the same intensity, as it was generated.

It brings bliss or suffering depends upon how it was initially created. Like if there is a Disease there ought to be a Cure, Karma trails with your soul, and so does your consciousness. This is a pre-destined path and by this, no one is challenging the Destiny.

Destiny is the greatest mystery of the Universe as no one is in the knowledge of one’s destiny. In this process, one may opine that the universe gives each soul, the opportunity to change its path of development. If changed/not changed, it becomes one’s destiny.

Ascent to Enlightenment – How to Release Your Karma

Vedanta has given the resolution to release the effects of Karma, and professors of this knowledge have re-framed the teachings through various interpretations. Re-aggregating, all schools of knowledge suggest, spiritual development and self-realization is the only path where we can change our destiny.

Karma in any form cannot be avoided, but it could be –

1. Mitigated
2. Transformed
3. Neutralized
4. Transcended

It is said that by performing Sat-Karma, the ill effects of Prarabdha could be altered. It starts as a person elevates spiritually and his/her consciousness escalates towards self-realization.

In the process, his/her Karma becomes pure and desire-less which dilutes the intensity of return-energy of past actions. For this, one has to tailor his/ her lifestyle and virtues as the nature of your Karma created is stored to be released as future events in your life and beyond.

A mind trained to ask the consciousness whether the action intended is prompted from the soul and in accord with the Divine or from one’s ego and selfishness may perform such actions, which may dilute or erase the effects of past Karma in the present life.

For this, a mind & body has to train itself to be worthy for releasing bad karma and earn good karma. The following virtues could be helpful in this direction –

Forgiveness–In this era of revenge, the karma of forgiveness could sound a bit off-track. But, inculcating a habit of forgiveness is the summit of nobility. Although this practice is very difficult in performance, as impulsive emotions are very aggressive and beating the emotions is like swimming against the current.

But, still, a habit of Forgiveness is a huge Bad Karma buster. Moreover, Forgiveness releases a soul from the bindings of guilt and self-embarrassment.

Gratitude – Expression of gratitude to others, is like a scrubber of the soul. As we scrub our utensils with detergents, to shine, so does our feeling of gratitude, to shine our soul. It not only illuminates our soul & aura but also spreads happiness around.

It’s the most eligible teacher of humility and thus pursues human emotions to become virtuous, resulting in the release of Bad Karma.

Self-consciousness – In this material world we live in, we, probably, have time to meet everyone, except ourselves. The reason for this could be that we have sources/devices to be in touch with others, but unfortunately, we never explore ways to meet ourselves. Meditation probably is the only mode to meet oneself.

We should spare some moments from our busy schedules and sit quietly. By sitting quietly, I mean, sitting with a quiet mind – thoughtless. As the worldly thoughts fade away from our minds, our closed eyes turn back inwards.

This situation, in advanced levels, is called ‘Swasakshatkar’ or Meeting Thyself. This practice automatically reverses the Karma done as ‘No Karma done’. Also, this process elevates our inner self to produce avenues to release Bad Karmas.

Spiritual Upliftment – Journey of a Soul spreads from the birth till the end of the body, it acquires. This journey is a universal arrangement for the soul to liquidate the accumulated Karmas.

While attired in a body, the soul undergoes a lifetime discharging the destined format of activities under the environment, it takes birth. Should the course of its destiny be changed positively or negatively, it depends upon its decisions and thoughts.

The soul sits at an unbiased position, like a car with its engine alive and it is upon the driver to drive it off the cliff or continue with the tricky road down the hill. Spiritual enlightenment is required so that we do not become an idiot driver.

Release Karma with Vk – the Discounted Process

While there are several practices to release Karma and its effects, which are given by our learned Gurus, we tend to indulge more and more into materialism. Everyone is interested to know about Karma and show serious concern as of how to resolve/ amend it, but that’s it. Very few acts on this because we all are prisoners of Maya. We love to be in this luxury (Bhoga).

This is not unnatural, as Maya has its fangs dug deep into our being, and anything beyond seems very austere. Moreover, this is the age of science, and thus our mind is trained to believe only what is proven and in this scenario, it is hard to adhere to the knowledge which is beyond the radar of science.

Suiting to the circumstance, in our age, there are a few persons, who with their continuous efforts, are trying to bridge this knowledge gap in our human race.

Spiritual Scientist – Sharat Kumar is one of them. His invaluable contribution to the spiritual world is selflessly dedicated to humanity. His immaculate invention – VK, is benefitting the masses, in India and abroad. It is a multi-level & multi-tasking tool, which heals from diseases to situations, and from relations to emotions.

Engineered to access, mind waves of the person holding VK, when activated, it manifests the positive intentions of the healer into solutions in real. VK has special powers to perform and resolve unfavorable Divine arrangements, of course, in accord with the Laws of the Universe, for a suited person. RA release of Karma is one of them.

In this context, it is worth mentioning those people who are over-enthusiastic about their past Karma and its ill effects. They take refuge from Astrologers, Holistic professionals, Past Life regression experts, and Godmen to poke into their past life to learn about their Negative Karmas.

They should know a simple principle, that by the virtue of the Law of Attraction, the guilt of the past (even unknown past), exaggerates the intensity & negativity of actions performed in the past and the same reflects in the present manifold. Therefore, one should stop dwelling in the past and embellish the present… this is what is under your direct control, where you may put your effort, without following anybody’s holy advice blindly. Past karmas could only be converted through present actions.

• People engrossed in Maya may continue to perform malicious actions and thus enhance their numbers of Negative Karma for the future (Agami Karma) or may get their Past positive Karma transformed into Present Negative.

• Likewise, in-spite of being tied up in Maya, virtuous people may perform generous actions and may either enhance their numbers of positive Karma (Agami) or transform or mitigate their Negative Karma into Positive.

• Only a spiritually awakened person, will seriously endeavor to clear his/her Karma account to step up the ladder of enlightenment. We actually start proceeding towards it, when our Karma – Negative or Positive… Past or Present, hits a Neutral ie. Nil. As it hits Neutral, no effects echo from there. Please understand that Positive Karma rebounds with a Positive effect, but it still remains alive karma and the effects have to be borne by the person. He may enjoy luxuries or peace, but in Maya, the person has to commit another Karma (ie. the enjoyment). By Neutralizing Karma, it does not return with an effect and thus is erased. This is exactly what is taught in Geeta – “Performing a Karma is your prerogative, never desiring for a result”.

• A Karma performed by a person who is conferred to the Divine, resulting in the well-being of the society or humanity does not fall in a good or bad category. It does not reflect back as karma performed too. This is called Transcended/ Ascended Karma. For instance, at the preface of Mahabharata, Lord Krishna preached to Arjuna the essence of Karma and asked him – “O Arjuna, surrender unto me and perform your duty. Truth/Dharma shall prevail at the end. Do not worry and confer your deed to me and I shall lead you to the salvation”. In this war for truth, Arjuna surrendered all his actions to the Lord. In spite he killed innumerable soldiers, but all the effects were ascended towards the Ultimate energy, and never came back to him. In other words, an action performed without a desire of result, which is totally surrendered to the Divine, not only erases the Sanchit & Prarabdha, it vanishes in the Divine forever without a reflection.

Having a VK paves an easy way to mitigate, transform & even transcend the effects of Karma. What is required is the Purity of thoughts and control in desires. Moreover, self-discipline and positive virtues are a requisite which has to inculcate in oneself as a Doctor can give you medicine, but abstinence in habits & nutrition is the patient’s duty.

More as humans progressed to be social, more they became anti-social because human behavior has always been of antagonist nature. We tend to do whatever is forbidden. Even Adam & Eve ate the forbidden Apple, and hence the creation of Mankind.

Contradictory situations come in combination. If we have something, we become possessive and then protective of it. If we do not have something, we become envious or jealous and then obsessive about it.

Doubts of being deprived of what is yours creep in the first case, and passion to the extent of madness, of getting what is not yours, dominates in the second instance. So we keep making friends & foe in this process at all levels.

In the process of evolution, we have developed to be civilized, learned to be social, progressed to live in communities, grow food from the soil & process it to be edible. Invented, discovered & engineered all commodities of our need as well as protection. But the origin of our emotions, achievements, brilliance & creativity is singularly from – “Our Mind”.

Let’s Understand the Mind

‘Mind’ is probably the most powerful endowment given to us by God. It is the source of all man-made creations as well as philosophies. It is undoubtedly master of a body as from here, all instructions to a body generates.

The instructions are unimaginably intricate and are voluntary as well as involuntary both. The process of respiration, digestion & secretion of various chemicals in the body are examples of Involuntary instructions, whereas moving our hands, legs, etc. are examples of results of voluntary instructions given by the Mind.

The subtle Mind is primarily divided into 2 parts – Active & Super-Active. The Active mind could be said to be fickle in nature. Therefore it always endeavors to do the forbidden things. It will envy, feel jealous, fall in lust & try to break rules wherever.

But the Super-active mind which is the conscience (Vivek) is judgemental. It will always advise what is right and what is wrong. The character of a person is determined by the balance between these two.

When the active mind in a body is more powerful than the super-active mind, the person would be experimental, mischievous & driven towards the material side, or even towards the dark side. But if the super-active mind of a person reigns over the other, then the person will be rational & virtuous.

In short, it could be said that whatever a body does is what its mind orders to do. So next time please do not believe when you hear someone say that “I listened to my heart” because scientifically, the heart does not say anything but the mind does. A very special and unique feature that a mind has is that “it thinks” and this is our subject in this write-up.

Thoughts – the Power of Mind

Thoughts are the tentacles of the mind or we may state that the mind works through the Thoughts. According to a survey, as many as around 60,000 thoughts pass through a human mind in 24 hours.

The greatest force is derived from the power of thought –

The finer the element, the more powerful it is. The silent power of thought influences people even at a distance because the mind is one as well as many. The universe is a cobweb; minds are spiders.” Thoughts are variable.

There are thoughts – good or bad, which apparently decide a human life. Generally speaking, the Mind works through its informers. Organs like eyes, ears, nose, tongue & touch are informers to the mind. Looking at something/ person or hearing, smelling, tasting or feeling, generates thought about a specific object, which in turn, triggers emotions, and determines its status and the mind’s reaction to it.

Thoughts are regular in the mind. A zero thought mind could be considered as a dead mind. Even during meditation, the mind is not without some minimal thoughts like thought to inhale and exhale, functioning of the heart, etc.

The mystery of the human brain is amazing. Dr. Vincent Candrawinata – a researcher at the University of Newcastle confirmed that humans have two brains. It is a very surprisingly strange fact about the mind/ brain of human beings but it is confirmed to be absolutely true.

Dr. Candrawinata confirms: “As our brain in our Head is a command center for our nervous system, being responsible for our thinking and processing, by receiving signals from our body’s sensory organs and sending instructions to the muscles, and thus creating feeling & movements.

Our second brain is located in our Digestive system and operates independently of our brain. Our Stomach contains certain elements of our nervous system which include chemicals that influence our mood.” It is very interesting to note that when we have an ‘Intuition’, why we often call it our “gut feeling”. Sometimes, we experience butterflies in our belly, if we are nervous. Also, if we are under stress (examination, interview, etc.), we have diarrhea or nausea.

It is because our gut receives the feeling that something is going to be wrong. This, not being a regular thought, is not received by the normal brain, directly. The gut, then sends signals to our brain in the head, to let it know that something is not going to be OK due to something. In fact, many researchers assign causes of many neurological & mental health issues, due to an unhealthy digestive system. All this is due to the presence of a second brain in our stomach.

So, thoughts stimulate & confirm, many known as well as many unknown facts. This brings us to another quest that is – the role of our imagination.

Thoughts, Imagination & Reality

The strength and potency of thoughts are unimaginable. According to our ancient scriptures and knowledge of our learned sages, all human beings are empowered with many hidden abilities that manifest when activated. It is unfortunate that we have always ignored this knowledge as we have been driven by limited information given by the modern science of today.

We often use the phrase “dream come true” and we have actually experienced this, at least once in a lifetime. Believe it or not, thought in the mind has the power to convert our imaginations into reality if it is supported with conviction. This is one of the basis of all holistic techniques; Law of Attraction (LOA) to be more precise.

Thoughts may be unaware to start with, but there are subconscious beliefs that set them into a motion –

Given the right amount of conviction & belief, and imagination vibrates to produce results. This is the principle that constitutes the basis of LOA, where the prophecy is that “whatever we conceive, imagine or aspire with utmost passion & desire, the universe works magically to provide it for you.”

We often wonder that why does a poor man, or a person under debt, mostly remains in this distress. It is because of his/ her own state of mind. If a person is in distress, he keeps on thinking about this negative situation again & again, as a consequence, he keeps on attracting negativity throughout his life and never comes out of it.

But a person among these, who, instead of thinking about his adverse situation, thinks and works positively, with a passion and mindset for prosperity, shall attract fortune. Again, believe it or not, this is the rule of the universe.

As it has been wonderfully put in by Darwin P. Kingsley – “You have powers you never dreamed of. You can do things you never thought you could do. There are no limitations in what you can do except the limitations of your own mind.”

I remember an excerpt from a book from author – Swett Marden, which I presume shall fit in to explain the power of the mind:

It was a night like many other tired & weary nights of the week. Father Joseph disrobed his white vestment and hung it on the peg and walked heavily towards his kitchen to have a mouthful of water. Feeling drowsy, his eyes were heavy with fatigue – it was a very busy day, he thought. After the daily sermons, he had been invited for a discourse, by a charitable organization that went on for long, and now at this late hour of half past midnight, he just yearned to have a good sleep.

Walking like a sleepwalker, as he advanced towards his bedroom, the doorbell rang. “Ah! Who could be there in this hour of the night?” thought the Pastor and went to answer the doorbell. In front, he found two gentlemen, who were visibly in distress. They pleaded for pardon, to have bothered the old priest at this inconvenient hour and explained their helplessness.

They requested the Father to accompany them to a nearby hospital, where their uncle, according to them, was at his last stage. The doctors have had done their best, but even they did not have any hope for the patient to survive. Therefore, they wanted that the priest may say a few words to him.

Father Joseph was a compassionate man. In all his tiredness of the day’s work, he could have refused, but then he could not forget that he was a Godman and carried responsibility for society. So pulling on his vestment, he agreed to come along.

In the Hospital, he could see the serious faces of the doctors attending the patient. The family members rushed to greet the Pastor and took his blessings. He was shown inside the ward, where a man of a lean appearance laid on the bed, in rather a delirium condition.

The Pastor could sense that the person has left his zeal to live. He approached the patient and started speaking in his ear “What have you done to yourself – My child. You do not belong to this place, just think about the sad faces of your family members, who are sitting outside, do you wish to add to their misery?”

He continued, “You still have your share of life, why do you want to deprive yourself of it? Believe in God, for sure he loves you, and so he created this wonderful world for you, but in your hunger to muster wealth, you forgot to live the Life. This is not what He sent you here for.”

While the family members of the patient, took brisk strolls in desperation on the aisles of the hospital, there was a suspenseful silence in the corridor. Apprehensive of bad news coming soon, they were expecting the priest would come out any moment, but the time passed by.

As their aggravation rose, and patience wore out, and with their throbbing hearts, they peeked inside the ward in anticipation. But their eyes widened in disbelief, as they found the Pastor preaching, while the mesmerized patient now listened to him, sitting erect on the hospital bed. Amazed by this miracle, the doctors who had given up, rushed to re-attach the patient with life supports.

Father Joseph appeared like an angel for the family of the patient. They told the priest that since the doctors had have lost all hopes, that the patient will live any-more, they desired that they should call a Godman who would say a few holy words to the patient, so that his soul may depart in peace, but here since Father Joseph did not know about it, because the persons, who were sent to bring the priest, requested Father Joseph just to say something.

Now as the Father had guessed the hopelessness of the patient, by the first look, he spoke of Life and this invoked, in the patient’s mind – a desire to live, and ‘his mind’ ushered his body to recover.

The above excerpt might be picked up from a book, but there are cases in reality, where a person have died, because of having lost his interest in life, and there are cases where a dying person comes back into life again because of his/ her utter desire to live. The mind leads and the body responds. This unique power of our mind is also a way to utilize the energy of the universe and the source of many healing techniques that we come across. This lays the fundaments of “Mindfulness.”

Mind and Mindfulness

The mind does what you apply it to. As a benevolent mind engages in virtuous thinking, a malicious mind is occupied with evil ideas. Both begets as per respective thoughts. I have read a quotation somewhere -speak it into existence but considering the power of the mind, the phrase might as well be corrected to “think it into existence”.

If Author Sidney Madwed has to be quoted, he says, “Our subconscious minds have no sense of humor, play no jokes, and cannot tell the difference between reality and an imagined thought or image. What we continually think about eventually will manifest in our lives.”

The Universe throws back, Good or Evil, whatever the mind wishes, so if spoken inversely, focus the mind on what you desire from the Universe, this is the doctrine of Mindfulness.

If we prepare and train our mind in such a manner, that it renounces all negative & fickle thoughts, and concentrates on our targets, desire & objectives with conviction and belief, the energies of the universe shall arrange ways for its achievement.

In the words of Denis Waitley – “If you believe you can, you probably can. If you believe you won’t, you most assuredly won’t. Belief is the ignition switch that gets you off the launching pad.”

To sum up, we can state that destiny could be altered and fortunes could be amended, the power of the Universe is committed to being you all, what is required is to be Mindful – Just Mind It.

We come across the theory of the Big Bang, which is so far the most accepted theory of the creation of the universe, but Hindu philosophers, thinkers & sages have given us even more interesting theories of evolution via Matsya Purana, texts of “Nyayakusumanjali” by Udyana and many more.

Srishti – The Creation

It is said that the source of every reason is our being in this world. This mystery is well-referred to in Sanskrit Shloka from our respected Rigveda :

नासदासीन्नोसदासीत्तदानींनासीद्रजोनोव्योमापरोयत् ||
किमावरीवःकुहकस्यशर्मन्नम्भःकिमासीद्गहनंगभीरम् ||

It says that, before the creation, Truth did not exist, nor existed the Falsehood, even Space & the sky did not have their entities. What was hidden and who covered it, when the Unreachability & Abyssal was not present. Still, there is someone – the creator who knows everything, or does even He knows? Is not known.

As the Saankhya philosophy explains it, ‘Srishti’ – The Creation is initiated by two perpetual elements – Purush & Prakriti, where Purush is the conscious form & Prakriti is comprised of 3 subliminal elements – Satva, Raja & Tamas in balanced form.

Creation was activated by the proximity of Purush & Prakriti which caused the 3 elements of Prakriti to vibrate and create. Thus the creation is referred to as Maya. Maya is what we are going to discuss here.

Maya – Illusion That We Live In

In the recitation of Shrimad Bhagavad Geeta and in all the discourses of our great sages, we have advised one great abdication and that is Renunciation from Maya. We are suggested to understand that Maya is the root of diversion from Godhead and we must detach from Maya on the way to find the Absolute Knowledge or the God Himself.

But being human, who is totally indulged in Maya, we, find ourselves inseparable from it. The Matrix of Maya, created by Prakriti, is so dense & enclosing that, it reigns over all of us. We actually are slaves of our emotions like Ego, Pride, Attachment, Love, Lust, Jealousy, Hatred, fascination, Infatuation & Ambitions. Be it tangible or intangible, we all very strongly held within these ties.

Let us understand the influence of Maya through a story:

A man named George lived in the countryside with his family. He had a beautiful house and since he built it with his hard-earned money, he was much attached to it. One day when he returned from his work, he was aghast to see that his house was on fire. He ran frantically towards his house, shouting for help.

But since it was too late and the flames had engulfed the house from all sides, the neighbors held George to prohibit him to get near to his house and get hurt. Crying vigorously he witnessed his property getting devastated, when his elder son approached him and holding him tight, he consoled him saying “Father, please do not cry, this is not the end.

Today, I sold this house to an entrepreneur in double the price of the house. So the property now belongs to him.” The next moment scenario changed, George’s tears dried and he was calm. Holding his son’s shoulder, he watched the burning house, becoming a part of the crowd gathered there.

Suddenly his heart has contended and he felt proud of his son. The attachment to the house was gone. But the story continues….. Within some moments, his second son came running and informed that their worry is not yet over, since the entrepreneur has paid only the advance money and the balance is still due to be paid tomorrow.

George and his son, who were feeling relieved because of the deal, started crying once again. The attachment was back and he started pulling his hairs in dismay. Suddenly at this juncture, George’s 3^rd son appeared and informed “Please do not worry, I am coming from the entrepreneur’s office.

A businessman is a man of his words, he knows that the house is on fire, but still, he assured that since he has bought the house, he will certainly pay the rest of the amount tomorrow and the house is ‘his’ now.

Moreover, he wants to build a resort here, therefore, anyhow he wanted to demolish our house, so that he may start his new construction.” The situation changed once again, smiles came back on George’s face, and once again, his attachment to the house vanished.

To draw a moral of this story is quite philosophical. We observe a repeated change of emotions in a person who is attached to a house for years, but still happy to see it burning in front of his eyes…why??

The answer is that Attachment exists in the thoughts, the storyteller infers – “Sow a thought and reap an Action”. Similarly, “Sow an action and reap a Habit”; and what’s more – “Sow a Habit to reap a Character”.

It’s a chain reaction always, but it originates from the mind and gives birth to a thought. The thought is intangible but results could be tangible or intangible. Have you ever visited a crematorium? It is worthwhile to observe that when a person is alive, he has a name and he is related to his/ her kins.

But as soon as he/she ceases to live, you call it a ‘body’. The relations & the attachment fade away and after a while, people may even be afraid to touch it. What happens when someone who was so dear a while ago, physically becomes no one…!! This irony is Maya – the illusion.

Right from the time, when a child takes birth, he enters into Maya. As he gains his consciousness, the Maya intensifies. He is attached to his mother, father & elders, and vice-a-versa because his thoughts are trained to regulate actions and actions become habits which consequently become a character.

He comes in contact with so many people to whom he is not related earlier but they come close and share a bonding under influence of Maya. This bonding is named friends, wife, and likewise.

Not only in Love & tenderness, but people also hate, despise, become jealous, and conspire as being in Maya. Even if I love my House, Car or Rose plant in my garden, or a Hill station & a Beach, it is because of Maya. I relish my food or someone likes alcohol, it is Maya.

Understanding Maya

Many great & learned personalities have explained the concept of Maya (Illusion), which God has created in all the state of perfection, as per their perception and knowledge, but I will try to opine as I see it, which, of course, could be a derivative of their views.

Maya is described as an Illusion. An illusion is, what is not real and is illusive. It has somehow been compared with Magic. However, I would say, Maya is a creation that is ‘real’, but still, since it is not permanent, it is referred to as – an illusion.

It is a known fact that whatever has originated, shall eventually end, but within the tenure, they follow a course of growth and decay and as per the growth of respective minds, react to each other. Hence, what was yesterday, is not today, and again, will not be tomorrow. This is the reason it is called an illusion.

It is a perfect mechanism, as we find everything inside this Matrix called our Universe, and the only way out from it is the way of Salvation – the way to be liberated which could be achieved through knowledge and efforts to advance in that way.

Perfection In The Illusion

As mentioned above, Maya has been created in a state of perfection. It is amazing to note that everything in this matrix exists and works in perfect synchrony and harmony. In this age of Science, ‘miracles are hard to believe but the greatest of all miracles is Life’ that exists in this world.

As a plant takes birth, in a garden, Orchard or in wild, from a seed, whether sown or not, and takes its shape to grow into a tree, likewise is the growth & development in animals – without been taught about the process, animals, birds & even insects give birth to the young ones of their spices who take their course of development & growth and so does human beings.

Isn’t it a miracle that a Human is born of a human? Have we ever seen that a human has given birth to a frog? Or a rabbit is born from a Monkey mother? Never!! Moreover, all species adhere to nature ie. Prakriti to appear to look and belong to their respective clan.

Living in groups called family, we evolve & learn, not only to respect, love, being affectionate & care but to dislike, hate, jealous, scorn, loathe & antagonize others. Animals are non-responsive to others but surely affectionate & caring to their families & co-species.

This Love & hate, Respect & Loathing, Accepting & Relinquishing are the forms of Maya. It is not tangible but could be seen & observed clearly in actions that are consequences of emotions & gestures. So, to sum up, the fact is that – All are part of this illusion and within, under the influence of illusion, thus the illusion carries on.

We often wonder, that in spite of having all the divine powers, why God has to incarnate himself to vanquish the power of the evil? Why doesn’t he punishes the sinner with His infinite Divinity?

Simple Logic points it towards the mechanism of Maya. Even the Almighty does not mediate in his own creation. He is the source of the purest form of Energy and omnipotent, but no one can tangibly exercise a material gesture without being inside the Matrix of Maya.

Hence, Good or Evil energy has to obtain a body to perform its share of tasks. This is the reason the Divine energies incarnate into material bodies to implement tasks called ‘Leela’. Once inside the matrix of Maya, the body performs according to the rules which are set in this illusion.

For example, Lord Rama went hunting the Golden deer out of Love for Sitaji, Shurpanakha (sister of Ravana) proposed to Rama and then Lakshmana out of Lust, Ravana kidnapped Sitaji out of Pride, and Hanumana helped Rama to find Sitaji and escorted the Lord out of Devotion.

All the gestures were material and done in the matrix of Maya. This indicates that anyone who enters Maya is influenced by its effects. To elaborate, how strong is the influence of Maya, reminds me of another story.

Story of Narada Falling into Maya

Once, Narada – Wandering Sage of the Devas, sat in deep meditation. As it would always happen, whenever an individual performed such intense penance, the King of Devas – Indra got worried, not knowing what the sage’s intention behind the penance was.

Possessive about the throne of Swarga (heaven), Indradev assumed that the penance was aimed to gain the lordship of heaven. So, to disturb Narada’s Tapasya (meditation), he sent Kamadeva – the lord of desire & lust to distract the ascetic’s penance.

Although aware of his adherence to celibacy, Indra knew that it required a determination as great as of Lord Shiva to resist Kamadeva, so he advised Kamadeva to entice Narada.

The Kama, transformed the barren place the sage was sitting, into a beautiful garden with fragrant flowers, musical fountains and floral vines, and Apsaras of heaven dancing for the sage and seduce him, but Narada sat there unaffected. The Kama even shot his floral arrow on him which otherwise prove infallible, but could not win over the Devarishi.

At last, Kamadeva admitted his defeat and fell at his feet and begged for his forgiveness. Unaware of what happened, Narada opened his eyes, hearing Kamadeva’s voice and was surprised to see the deva prostrating.

On asking, Kama narrated what happened and praised the sage of his greatness. Narada’s heartfelt an inordinate amount of pride to hear this. As soon as the Deva left, Narada headed to Kailash – an abode of Mahadeva, to tell him, his achievement. Lord Shiva, seemed pleased to hear the episode and with a divine smile, he said “O Narada, I am really happy to know your achievement.

But, I would suggest, please do not speak about this to Shri Vishnu”. Narada was taken aback. He left a little aggrieved from Kailasha. “Why would Mahadeva abstain him from sharing such an achievement with Shri Vishnu, whom he was a staunch devotee?” he thought, “Surely, Mahadeva was jealous of his achievement”.

Disregarding Lord Shiva’s advice, Narada headed straight to Vaikuntha – the abode of Lord Vishnu and bowing before Shri Hari, he narrated the whole episode with minute details with great pride and exaggeration and Shri Narayana listened with his mischievous smile.

Narada felt a bit of disappointment, as he could feel the scent of a lack of interest in the Lord’s response. While coming back he kept on thinking that why did, the Lord gave such a cold acknowledgment to his great success.

Was it that he had achieved something which even superseded Lord Vishnu? It surely was, he concluded. So where could he now visit to acclaim a fitting recognition from? Obviously from the land of mortals – Prithivilok (Earth). So he decided to go to Martyalok.

Narada had the ability to travel all places of existence. He descended to Prithivilok from Vaikuntha, to find himself in a magnificent city that he had never visited before in his wandering. As he explored, he came to know that it was the kingdom of King Sheelanidhi.

The city was bubbling with excitement as Swayamvara of the King’s daughter was announced. Narada thought he should not let this opportunity to go by and decided to visit the King to bless him.

King Sheelanidhi was humbled to see the Sage of Devas visiting him. He welcomed Narada with great adoration and requested him to bless his daughter – Srimati, so that she may get a suited groom.

Srimati – the King’s daughter’s beauty was one in a million. When she entered the King’s court, Narada could not get his eyes away from her. Suddenly an overwhelming desire to marry this gorgeous girl overpowered the sage’s mind.

Mustering every bit of his patience, he blessed Srimati saying that the princess is so beautiful that she deserves to get a groom with the face of Shri Hari (Shri Vishnu). The King was proudly happy to hear this and he cordially invited Narada to grace the Swayamvara of his daughter. Even after departing from the palace, Narada kept on thinking about the princess.

Somewhere, in his desperation, he wanted to be the man that the princess might choose according to his own words uttered in the court. But for that, he must have the adorable face of Shri Hari. So he prayed to Lord Vishnu, who obliged instantaneously, by appearing before his prime devotee. Narada requested the Lord to bless him with the “face of Hari”, and Lo!! God blessed him saying “Tathastu” – so be it, you will have the face of Hari”, and disappeared.

On the day of Swayamvara, Narada was more than jubilant. As he was confident, that with the face of Hari, he would be the one who will be chosen. In the court, as Princess Srimati advanced with a thick garland of flowers in her hands, Narada confidently stepped forward. But guess what – ignoring him, Srimati proceeded to pass by the other competing princes.

Confused, Narada thought, that she might have mistakenly overlooked him, so he trespassed between the others to come in the front row again, but the result was the same.

Narada was aghast when he saw a smile on Srimati’s face, who was viewing past him. He turned to find Shri Vishnu Himself standing there. Srimati briskly walked to place the garland around His neck. What went wrong? Narada approached the embellishment on the wall to see what Shri Hari blessed him if he Himself wanted to steal the show.

He saw he had been awarded with the face of a Monkey. He can well guess now that Hari is also a synonym for a Monkey. Narada felt a twinge of anger & betrayal. A curse came to his lips, as he forcefully closed his eyes in the pain of being let down so badly, when he was addressed by the divine voice of Shri-Hari, “Narada, I heard what you cursed in your mind and I accept it.”

Narada opened his eyes, to find that the scenario was totally changed. There were no King and Palace, nor were there any competing princes. He was in Vaikuntha, standing before Narayana Himself with Srimati who showed now as Goddess Lakshmi. “Oh!! So all this was Yogamaya”, he thought. Lord continued “But your curse that may I be departed from my wife and struggle to find her to feel your desperation, has to wait for the right time in future and take my words that I will be helped by your kind of species to be united with her”.

But how could a sage like you – who won over Kaama, fall prey to Kama’s arrow, when you have taken an oath to adhere lifelong Brahmacharya? Narada was humbled and embarrassed too. He had now understood the whole episode, and being belittled had lost all his pride.

The story tells us that however enlightened a person is, once he enters the matrix of Maya, he is influenced by it. Therefore, as recited in Shrimad Bhagwadgita by the Lord Himself, the process of being a mortal and reborn goes on, till we finish & settle our account of karma (refer as explained in my article on Karma theory).

Karmas are bound to happen. Good karmas attract elevated rebirth and Bad Karmas brings distress in the next life, but the cycle carries on until our karmas executed are selfless or dedicated to the Almighty.

Liberation from Maya is virtually our desire to cease to live as mortal or human beings and when we are liberated from the body…we are Energy !! Without all Desires, Love, Lust, Envy, Jealousy, Hostility, and Hatred. So what is our choice is our choice. Maya prevails.

We keep running after a mirage to achieve the comforts of life, accumulate wealth, ensuring economic & monetary security, but even after such achievements, we end up finding that during all these years, we gathered everything, but lost the prime time of our age.

We have bought the comforts, but never had time to enjoy it. In simple words, all the comforts & luxuries cannot derive, what it is meant for and that is – “Happiness”.

It is not necessary that a wealthy person is a Happy person and inversely, not necessarily a poor person is an Unhappy person. As we may see a poor man in rags and live in a slum, sleeping relaxed on the ground, and that a Rich business magnet, in-spite of having earned all luxuries, spending sleepless nights.

Ironical but it gives us a very important inference that ‘wealth cannot buy happiness’. Ironic, but in fact, we are the victims of this Monotony. Let’s enlarge the scenario and view it – logically.

Victims of Monotony

It is worth observing that we have had lived our life of monotony from the beginning. As such, we have been trained to do so. Ever since our birth, we are taught that we have to study because we have to go out to earn one day.

No one tells us that Knowledge is the window to look at the world. Along-with, we are given a rosy delusion, that once we finish our study, we are free birds and we may enjoy life, the way we want.

Little that we know at that juncture, it is never going to happen this way. The more we grow, the greater comes the sense of responsibilities – the immature kid grows into a mature person and the delusion wears off.

That is why often people envy the golden period of immaturity, which has had gone past. But still, they further teach the same puzzle to the next generation.

This is the Monotony of Life. Have you ever seen the bull on the crusher? Extracting oil from pulses? In India, the ethnic style is to utilize a Bull tied on a wooden log which is connected to the center of the round crusher is called “Kolhu Ka Bail”.

As the bull moves on the circular path the crusher works to extract the oil. To usher the bull onto the circular path, a leather eye cap is put on it, so that it sees only frontward and the rest of his sight is restricted. Now, the bull keeps walking for the whole day and thinks he has traveled far, but at the end of the day, it finds that it has walked circular and after much effort, it is standing in the same place where it started the day.

This is exactly what happens with us. After a life-long journey and efforts, we find that we are the same Bull, which has extracted oil, but for someone else. Again, the monotony… we are within the box… our sight is restricted to ‘run and earn’ to survive.

We sacrifice our leaves & holidays, we forget anniversaries & birthdays and work in compulsion & compromises, achieve the apple but could not taste it in leisure. So where do we find the Elixir of Happiness??

Elixir of Happiness

Years ago (27 years), like others, I had a dream to make my career shine and bring home all the comforts. I was already trying hard, but I wanted something big… a big surprise, I mean a grand success for my parents & family.

My mother was full of life and used to be delighted by my success. I remember when I asked her to be a pillion rider on my bike. How scared she was since I was a novice rider. But she agreed and I took her to our Durga Puja (Community worshipping of Goddess Durga), driving slowly.

I could see the happiness in her eyes and that was a treat for me. So, the time flew and before I could do something very good to please her, I lost her. I consider it to be my biggest setback. We mourned her demise for a long and used to remember each small moments, when we had laughter together, her beaming face… even her angry face which would melt in minutes with love and forgive any insolence whatsoever.

Even my childhood friend would call her “Maa” as I had always called her. You won’t believe, for years, my friends did not have a cup of tea in my house, as it won’t give that taste as if my mother would have served it while rebuking us to be ‘good for nothing’ bunch of Rascals.

Time gradually educated me that if you have a desire, or you want to cherish… the time is Now because you can repair or mend anything that you own, but one can never repair the time that has whisked out of hands.

It is a hard fact, that if you keep waiting for your great moment to come, it never does. And if at all you struggle to bring it someday, take it from me, you would be too matured to enjoy it.

As such, it is an inverse theory – “When you have desires, you might not have the resources to fulfill it, and till you arrange the resources, the desires die out”… so harsh isn’t it? Then which way leads to Cheers & satisfaction, where does this Happiness reside?

Happiness is happening and not a target to achieve, I realized. We need not run after it, but juice it out of any moment of our life. Remember the ‘piggy bank’ in which we used to save coins every day? Recall what delight it used to be when, one day, on some occasion, when we used to break open that piggy bank. That… ecstasy… joy… is called Happiness.

Likewise, if instead of waiting for the big moment to come, we treasure all the innumerable small moments of Joy, which I am sure, we come across each day, and live to the fullest on each opportunity to be happy with people we love… collectively it will score more than the mirage of a big Happy moment, which may or may not ever come.

Steal away the moments to feel contended. I remember, my little niece, at the age of 3 or maybe 4, when she merely learned to walk, trying to go near a white pigeon, who used to come and sit on our terrace everyday along-with other Grey (normal) colored pigeons.

Being in majority, the Grey pigeons would try to shoo away the lone white pigeon, and in-spite it would struggle to stay. To support my niece’s endeavors, we would softly drive the other pigeons away for some moments so that the white one would have its share of cereal/ seeds which we used to disperse on the terrace.

I remember both – the beaming face of my niece chuckling from her toothless mouth and the proud expressions of the white pigeon towards the other accompanying pigeons, on getting this special treatment…

I still relish that moment of happiness. We would celebrate all the festivals, irrespective of religion or race in the way they are enjoyed. I purposely, pulled out, moments of free time out of my schedule, to be with my family. Today, because of their nature of the job, my brother stays away from us, as he is posted in Hyderabad, my daughter stays in Bangalore and my son might have to go abroad shortly.

Had I kept on preparing for grand moments, you may guess the number of my efforts required to gather them, if I desire to celebrate with my whole family on someday. But, since we have never kept even small opportunities to rejoice the Happiness pending, we have a treasure of sweets moments spent every now and then.

Happiness is an extractive emotion, which is invaluable, but could be experienced at any cost. It is present in an infant’s giggle and in a mother’s blessings. It may be found in the company of one’s brother, sister, friends, or anybody.

It is present in the themes of festivals, our success, and in someone else’s success too. It could have rejoiced in the thanking wet eyes of a poor person and even grateful gesture of an animal. The summary is that we can enjoy the bliss of happiness anywhere and everywhere, the formula being “Happiness begets Happiness”. Spread happiness and receive the same multiplied.

There is no other option other than Being Happy

The fact cannot be denied, that life has become a synonym of struggle – ‘Stress’, ‘Depression’ & ‘Melancholy’ are the ooze-out products. People with Gloomy & sullen faces and deepened lines running across their forehead have their own stories to tell.

It seems that ‘problems’ are blessed with a boon to regenerate & multiply causing new tensions & distresses every new day. We try to fight like a warrior surrounded with innumerable enemies with counts increasing.

Insurgence does not decrease… the warrior gets tired and hopeless. This is what happens to us and thus, we get dragged into the quicksand of depression by & by… inch by inch… bit by bit, gradually, but surely.

This hopelessness seen within us has encouraged me to write this small piece of prose. Let me tell you how this theorem gets its inference. Let me tell you about Ravi Kant Bhai Saheb (Bhai Saheb is addressing Elder Brother, by respect).

Ravi Kant ji was known to me through one of my friend. He was my friend’s elder 2nd cousin, but within a short time, we became very close due to our common interests – Spirituality & Poetry. I admired his knowledge in Astrology, Palmistry & Spirituality.

We used to discuss for hours and I gained a lot from him. I wondered on his patience and smiling face, even in that phase of time, when I knew, financially broke, he was struggling along with his family without a single help, still, he would smile and comment – “this phase will be over soon and everything will be alright, trust the Almighty”.

I would ask him that why, in-spite of being such a good Astrologer, he would still wait for the time to come and he would give his sweet smile and nod slowly as if telling me that I will understand one day. It was a moment of emotions when he narrated what became the baseline of a theory that I follow even today.

Ravikant Bhai Saheb’s sister was estranged from her husband and was fighting a divorce case for the last 2 years. Bhai Saheb was deeply involved in this issue and desired to save his sister’s marriage.

Not getting any solution thereof, he, in desperation, visited several Temples and Dargahs and prayed. He consulted Astrologers, Godmen & even Tantriks to resolve the situation, but nothing changed. In words of Ravikant ji, some very learned Astrologers assured that my sister’s problem will be solved but it is going to take time. Worships (Pooja) were done, various rituals (Upaaya) were performed.

Being Astrologer himself, Ravikant ji told that working out on the horoscope of his sister, he observed that the present phase of her life was full of turmoil. In-spite of all efforts that he could do including Priests & pundit’s offerings and rituals done by Tantriks and whatnot, nothing could restore the rift in the relationship.

By and by his courage broke and he gave up to surrender into the almighty’s lotus feet saying “O Lord, you are all-powerful, I bow unto your feet, please bless us and let, whatever is destined, may happen”. Ravi Bhai Saheb concluded, “I discontinued all my efforts and you won’t believe, within 4 months, the case was discharged favoring us”.

He continued, “This episode was a turning point in my life. I learned that major happenings of life, takes place as destined and even the Almighty will not criss-cross this trajectory. He himself will not do it before its time. Despite all my desperate efforts, I observed that resolution on this struggle happened, around the same time, the turmoil phase of my sister was destined to end, as suggested in her Astro-interpretation and all godmen who claimed to solve the problem were in-effective whatsoever.”

This ushered my thought process towards the enlightenment of contentment. The graph of our life has several ups & downs, if we feel relish the ups then we should be tolerant towards the downs too.

Ravikant Bhai Sahab’s serene attitude towards life and its happenings was now explained before me. We may distort our faces and give thousands of expressions of melancholy, keep worrying about an issue, and get depressed, but happenings are as per the planning and surely we are not the planners. No amount of worry is going to turn the table in one’s favor, had it been so, people sit and keep worrying.

I would say when our anxiety, fear, concern, or depression is not going to solve the issue, then why do it? Why don’t we try to remain calm & patient and let the phase pass away?

Undoubtedly, it won’t be easy and hence our quest for moments of Happiness. I think there is no choice other than being Happy as no other state of mind is going to give us any result. But Happiness may bring back the diminishing life in us.

It may give new hope and energy, not to give-up and venture with a new zeal. Happiness is contagious, because it spreads, and take it from me, there is no greater virtue than to spread happiness… make others happy.

Did you attend the Maun Saadhna at Pitampura on Sunday, 16^th September 2012? If not, then you have missed a tremendous Jam session of thoughts. Attended by around 40-45 people, this gathering, no doubt, encountered a surprise shuffle in the subject of the meeting. But what happened was very informative and why not?

What are Maun Saadhna and its benefits?

Maun Saadhna is a practice of Taciturnity or Silence. But Silence here is not speechlessness. It is the Silence of the Mind. This is a unique meditation done under the guidance of Sharat Sir, in which we usher our mind toward the Silence of thoughts. Gradually when the mind becomes free from thoughts, it enters the realms of infinity, enlightened with the brightness of energy, and thus focuses on the ultimate without any hindrance.

Now come to the point again. When you have come to receive, you never go unquenched. Planned and called for Maun Saadhna venturing “the Mukti Chakra” the gathering was presided by our Sharat Sir with the opening note explaining Meditation and myths about it. In the league of the same, he asked the gathering to explain “What is Karma?” replied by many as – the actions that we do is known as our karma, Sir explained that Karma is initially the action of the Senses – our Indriyas where oneself generates his Basic Karma. The achievements and mis-achievements of one’s life actually vested in this thought process.

Replying to a quarry regarding Saatvik Bhojan, wherein the question was that “some scriptures forbid intake of non-vegetarian food. How far this has an impact on our lives”, he explained, since the beginning, none of the scripture is actually advised and written by God himself. All writings, scriptures, Puranas, and epics are man-made and written by us to achieve the Godhead and thus the scriptures are the thoughts of a learned person. Every person has his own likes and dislikes, way of living, and habits.

Not denying the wisdom and the stream of thought, and purely following a basic logic, the dos, and don’ts prescribed by scripture, is instinctive – the thought of its writer. We can also establish that the writer might have been living in a tropical region where there had been fields and farming. The Judgement was wise from this point of view. Residing in a tropical area, the best food for a human liver is Vegetarian. But had the same learned Mahatma had been living in a place near the sea

Therefore, we should not get into confusion about what food leads us to God. It is only a pure soul who gets to the Almighty.

Sharat Sir told that according to the prophecy of Dr. J.C. Bose – the world-famous scientist of Botany, plants cannot move and speak, they have the same sensation as human or animals. Looking through a Kirlian Camera, one can easily observe that the reactions of plants, on being cut or de-rooted are the same as those of an animal or human. Moreover, if only a Vegetarian could have attained  Salvation, then no Muslim or Christian would have deserved to obtain it. But that is not the case… Is it??

He also spoke about religion and its basis, informing as to how religion came into being. He told that Religion, as such, was aimed to set up some rules and regulations, which should be adhered to for leading a peaceful life, and elevating one’s physical, spiritual, and social values. He envisaged that Religion never intended to bind forcefully. But in due course of time, we had made it so rigid and binding that the word Fanatism came into being. Closing all the other windows of the body and the mind, when one concentrates, he meets himself (the Atma or the Soul) and through his Atma, he meets the “Paramatma” and how nicely quoted by Sharat Sir when he said “Main aapko Dharma nahi padhana chahta… balki aapka Aadhyatma barhana chahta hoon” ie I do not want to teach you Religion…instead, I want to elevate your Spiritualism because eventually, every religion tries to put you on the path of Spiritualism….so why not go directly towards the Light.

It was time for meditation and thus Sharat Sir asked everyone to be ready for the Maun Saadhna. After a 7 minutes warm-up, when we were about to go in for a deep meditation towards Mukti Chakra, came the twister comment which changed the stream of the meeting as I felt.  One of the member-submitted that since he has surrendered himself to the lotus feet of his master and his master presides in his whole body, he won’t let any other Energy to enter into his body. It will not be improbable if I say that the rest of the lecture by Sharat Sir if archived, would be enough to write a bestseller in Spiritualism. The comment was

The comment was from a devoted follower, and the emotion was truthful, but still, there was a misconception that required to be cleared and this transformed the Maun Saadhna into Gyan Saadhna on Sunday. Sharat Sir went on to explain the prophecy of ‘Niraakaara’ wherein, after completing the material duties of the body, one surrenders the shapes (aakaar) of thyself and merges to the omnipresence (Niraakaara). He explained that as a merger of Water into Water is Water and nothing else, a merger of Energy into an Ocean of Energy will result in Energy that cannot be differentiated and categorized. Therefore, whatever is been supplied to us is Energy which when mingles with another Energy which might be within a body is again Energy.

It cannot be named This Energy and That Energy. Sharat Sir also taught a very informative lesson to us Saying: “Just keep on reading and learning the way to a destination for ages, will not make us reach there. To reach our destination we, practically have to walk to the place. Likewise, just reading spiritualism and learning it by heart shall not get us to the level of Spiritualism; we have to work practically to attain that situation. We should never think that we cannot be the Param-Atma. By continuous upliftment of our Spiritualism, each of us can attain that Elite position and merge into the Purest Energy – the Paramatma.  JAI HO.

सर्वशक्तिमान मेरे मित्र जो हैं। मेरी भक्ति असीमित हो गयी। प्रेम की शक्ति कितनी व्यापक है, इस का मुझे धीरे-धीरे भान होने लगा। सत्य कहता हूँ – प्रभु से प्रेम करके देखिये, अंतर्मन तक तर जाएंगे। मीरा या सूर बन कर क्या आनन्द है, यह तो इस प्रेम-सागर के जल में उतरकर की ज्ञात होगा। इसी सन्दर्भ में एक घटना वाचता हूँ – सूरदासजी, प्रतिदिन संध्या आरती में बिहारीजी की लीला का अत्यंत सुन्दर वर्णन करते थे। उपस्थित लोग झूम उठते थे, साथ ही आश्चर्य चकित भी होते थे क्योंकि वे अपने भजन में गोविन्द के, जिस रंग के परिधान का वर्णन करते, कान्हा वही परिधान पहने होते थे। सभी पुजारीगण चकित होते कि दृष्टि ही न होते हुए भी सूरदासजी, प्रभु के परिधान एवं सज्जा का इतना सटीक वर्णन कैसे करते थे। उन्हें ईर्ष्या हुई।फलस्वरूप उन्होंने सूर की परीक्षा लेनी चाही और अगली संध्या उन्होंने केशव को वस्त्र सज्जा रहित रखा, अर्थात उन्हें कुछ भी नहीं पहनाया। संध्या हुई तथा आरती प्रारम्भ हुई। और यह क्या – सूरदासजी, बिना किसी संकोच अथवा क्षोभ के भजने लगे “गोविन्दनं गम-नंगा……”पुजारीगणो के मुख खुले के खुले रह गए। उन्हें ज्ञात हो गया था कि चक्षु होते हुए जो, वे लोग नहीं देख पाते थे, वह यह भक्त, चक्षु-विहीन अवस्था में भी देखने में सक्षम हैं। तिस पर उनकी प्रभु से ऐसी लगन कि उन्हें नग्न कहने में भी सूर ने किंचित भी संकोच नहीं किया।ऐसा अपनत्व केवल प्रेम मे ही संभव है। (जयश्रीकृष्ण)

ईश्वर से प्रेम हो तो उनसे एक अंतरंग सम्बन्ध स्थापित हो जाता है। यही भाव, इस सम्बन्ध को भक्ति से कहीं ऊपर ले जाता है। ईश्वर और आपमें कोई अतिशयोक्ति—–कोई संकोच——कोई अंतर नहीं रह जाता। आप ही बताइये, अपने माता-पिता से बातचीत करने या उनसे कुछ मांगने में आपको कभी कोई संकोच हुआ है? चलिए विषय पर लौट आते हैं।उपरोक्त कहने से मेरा आशय यह था कि आडम्बर को त्यागकर यथार्थ रूप में लगा हुआ ध्यान ही हमे उच्चतर सोपान की प्राप्ति करवाएगा। रीति, प्रक्रिया, विधि के बंधक इसी में फंसे रह जाएंगे।आध्यात्म में उपरगामी होना है तो बंधन मुक्त होना होगा। अपने गुरु शरत सर के अनुकरण में मैंने यही सीखा। ईश्वर मुझ मे एवं मैं ईश्वर हो गया। पथ पर, घर में, किसी अबोध की मुस्कान में, मुझे परमात्मा के दर्शन हो जाते हैं। सुनता हूँ सब कहते हैं, माता रानी का बुलावा आया है।परंतु मुझे माता नहीं बुलाती क्यों कि वह तो स्वयं मेरे संग रहती हैं। मेरी भक्ति तर्क संगत हो गयी, परंतु प्रेम तर्क मुक्त गया।

वस्तुतः हम सब का मन, वह धाम है, जहाँ भावनाओ का वास है। इसमें अनुराग, वात्सल्य, दया, करुणा एवं सहानुभूति के साथ-साथ; राग, द्धेष, ईर्ष्या, क्रोध, मद, लोभ आदि किसका वास होगा, यह हम पर निर्भर करता है। कहते हैं, देह रुपी कुरुक्षेत्र में, सत्पुरुषों के मन रुपी रथ को अग्रसर करने वाले, इन्द्रिओ रुपी अश्वो की डोर, स्वयं श्रीकृष्ण थाम लें, तो उनकी सद्गति निश्चित है। हमारी इस विवेचना में, आइये इसी का तर्क संगत विश्लेषण करते हैं।

सदियों से कवियों और शायरों ने “दिल” शब्द का बहुतायत उपयोग किया है। उदाहरणतः “मेरा दिल भी कितना पागल है”, “आज मेरा दिल टूट गया” और न जाने क्या-क्या। भक्ति में भी कहते हैं कि “मेरे परमात्मा का वास मेरे ह्रदय में है।” परन्तु वैज्ञानिक दृष्टि से, दिल (Heart), शरीर का एक अंग है जो, नसों तथा धमनियों (Arteries) के माध्यम से रक्त का संचार करता है। फिर हम अपने ह्रदय को प्रेम का स्त्रोत क्यों कहते हैं? क्यों प्रेमी, प्रेयसी के लिए वैलेंटाइन दिवस पर दिल के आकार के उपहार लेता है? क्यों‘ माँ के दिल’ की कहानियां लिखी जाती हैं?यह जानने के लिए हमे समझना होगा कि क्या है हमारे सीने के भीतर जहाँ से प्रेम अथवा घृणा उपजती है। आध्यात्मिक और यौगिक ज्ञान में, हमारे पार्थिव शरीर के अतिरिक्त भी‘ शरीर’ होते हैं। इन्हे हम सामानांतर-शरीर (Parallel Body) या सूक्ष्म शरीर (Subtle Body) कह सकते हैं।

ऊर्जा सम्बन्धी सभी प्रक्रियाएं तथा यौगिक क्रियाओं का केंद्र यही सूक्ष्म शरीर है। इसी में स्थित हैं सप्त-चक्र, जो किसी एक्सरे या एम्.आर.आई से नहीं दिखाई पड़ता, परन्तु पूरा विश्व आज चक्रो के महत्व को जानता भी है और मानता भी है। उपरोक्त सन्दर्भ में हम इन चक्रो में “अनाहत चक्र” (Heart Chakra) की बात कर रहे हैं।आकार में सबसे बड़ा, अनाहत चक्र, हमारे मन, विवेक, विवेचना तथा भावनाओ का नियंत्रक (Controller), ग्रहण-कारक(Receiver) तथाप्रक्षेपक (Transmitter) माना जाता है। किसी के विषय में हमारे मस्तिष्क में जो धारणा के बीज होते हैं, उसी की फसल हमारे अनाहत चक्र से उपजती है। “अनाहत” अर्थात जो जिसे आहत (घायल) न किया जा सके। यह चक्र सम्पूर्ण चक्र-प्रणाली का केंद्र माना गया है। इस का रंग हरा होने के कारण, इस चक्र की सक्रिय अवस्था (Activated status), मनोविज्ञानिक एवं भावनात्मक एकता और सामंजस्य का प्रतीक है। अर्थात Perfectly Coordinated Phychological & Emotional Balance. एक सक्रिय एवं खुला हुआ अनाहत चक्र कारक है – अथाह प्रेम का, जिसमे, अपने, पराये, समाज और पूरी दुनिया के लिए प्यार और अपना पन हो। और यही प्रेम यदि ईश्वर से हो तो? रोम-रोम में ईश्वर का वास हो जाता है। फिर उसे ढूंढने के लिए भटकना कैसा? पालक बंद करके भी दर्शन, और खुली आँख भी दर्शन। यही कारण है कि अनाहत चक्र भावनाओ की गंगोत्री समान है, और सभी पद्य एवं गद्य, ह्रदय का वर्णन करते हुए, इसीलिए सीने की ओर इंगित करते हैं।

प्रेम की शक्ति असीमित है और इसे अर्जित करना सहज। सभी प्रकार की भक्ति और तपस्या से उत्तम है ये अनुराग। प्रेम की पराकाष्ठा ही ईश्वर की प्राप्ति है। दरअसल ईश्वर भी तो हम सभी को अकारण और निःस्वार्थ प्रेम करते हैं, फिर उनका अनुकरण करते हुए क्यों न हम भी परस्पर प्रेम तथा वात्सल्य का भाव रखें और पृथ्वी को ही स्वर्ग बना दें।

They forget about their main aim of searching and finding God. Actually, the desire of finding God is only a topic of discussion when you have some spare time. It is not even a priority of the people to be grateful to God for the fulfillment of their desires.

Nevertheless, the same people don’t forget to blame God in case they don’t get what they have asked for. In fact, we don’t have any faith in God, and why we do it? We have never seen Him. And finally, the existence of GOD becomes a million-dollar question. This is a difficult situation where we have to ask for someone who we never know.

I am no different, Right now as I am writing the whole stuff about God but have I found Him? Who is capable of finding that Almighty and creator of the whole universe? But it’s surprising that I am not in search of HIM and no claim that I had searched HIM but believe me that I have some knowledge about him. It all started some years back. It didn’t happen all of a sudden while in meditation in the temple.

This, however, was a result of my love towards GOD. I was appointed as a manager in a  temple’s museum. Since being in the temple, apart from my routine job used to participate in daily prayers and rituals. Curiosity increased and so increased the love and finally started feeling Him. I felt that this situation was the result of my love.

I had left asking for worldly desires while doing my daily prayers. I thought it useless to repeat asking daily for a thing. Love started grooming and I found HIM closer to me. It further increased and He started becoming a part of me.

I had left going temple. When someone is within you, why go outside for him? Although I had visited other holy places like the mosque and gurdwara along with the church. But my visit is only meant to see Him there not to search Him. And believe me, HE was omnipresent with the same appearance and same energy. Unbelievable to me, how can He be omnipresent? This only curiosity showed me the way to my Guide and mentor.

Although I was in contact with Sharat ji for the purpose of learning Reiki but finally guidance and teachings leave its impact. With very simple language he taught me. I was guided by the outside world towards inside of me to have a glimpse of the whole Universe there. Everything got clear once I started knowing myself. And this is actually the Meditation- means knowing self.

उपरोक्त घटना का उल्लेख मैंने इसलिए किया क्यों कि वीके के सन्दर्भ में कई लोगो की असीमित अपेक्षाएं हैं तथा अप्राप्ति की अवस्था में वे खिन्न भी हो जाते हैं। यह ठीक नहीं है। वीके गुणों की खान है, परंतु धारक की योग्यता भी तो आवश्यक है। चलिए वीके के कुछ मौलिक सिद्धांतो की चर्चा करते हैं। वीके ऊर्जा का असीमित स्त्रोत है। ऊर्जा-सागर से उपजे, इस कड़े का आधार, आध्यात्म ही है। यद्यपि प्रयोग में यह सभी प्रकार के भौतिक समाधान, साधारण इच्छा मात्र से प्रदान करता है, तथापि यदि हमारा आध्यात्म तथा मस्तिष्क इससे संलग्न हो जाए तो बहुअय्यामि परिणाम अपरिहार्य है। अर्थात अनिवार्य है कि यदि वीके का उपयोग उपयुक्त परिमाण में किया जाए तो हमे सफलता अवश्य प्राप्त होगी।इसके द्वारा असाध्य रोग अथवा परिस्थिति का भी निदान संभव है, परंतु स्मरण रखना है कि हम उस योग्य हों।अब तीसरी कक्षा का छात्र, बारहवीं कक्षा के प्रश्नों का उत्तर तो नहीं दे सकता ना?

आध्यात्म के पथ पर मेरी यात्रा १८ वर्ष पूर्व आरम्भ हुई। अनुभव अद्भुत था तथापि कुछ जानना शेष था।शीघ्र ही धर्म तथा आध्यात्म का अंतर ज्ञात हुआ और समस्त मार्ग खुल गए। यह चमत्कार शरत सर से भेंट होने के पश्चात हुआ था।आध्यात्म से मुझे कभी भी भौतिक कामनाएं नहीं रही, संभवतः इसी कारण मेरा ऊर्जा जगत में, पृथक मार्ग से प्रवेश हुआ था। एक-एक करके नवीन एवं असाधारण प्रक्रियाओ का ज्ञान मिला। कहना न होगा, यह सब शरत सर के आशीर्वाद से ही संभव हुआ था। यह सत्य है कि वीके(वाइब्सकड़ा) के आने से विचार आंदोलित हो जाते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त, मेरे गुरु तथा पथ-प्रदर्शक शरत सर के सानिध्य में आध्यात्म को धर्म से पृथक हो कर देखने के फलस्वरूप, स्वाजिज्ञासा के संतुष्टिजनक एवं अनुकूल उत्तर प्राप्त हो रहे थे। वास्तव मे आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान एक अद्भुत अय्याम है।यदि आपका रुझान हो तो आप सृष्टि को तथा धर्म को एक नवीन दृष्टि से अवलोकन करने लगते हैं। मेरे साथ भी कुछ ऐसा ही हुआ है।

जिस समय शरत सर का अनुगमन किया था, उस समय मन की तीव्र इच्छा थी कि मुझ मे ऐसी कुछ विशेषता हो जिसका मुझे अभिमान हो। परंतु जैसे ही इस ऊर्जा सागर में पदार्पण किया, मेरा समूचा “मैं” धुल गया। सत्य कहूंगा, जिस दिन प्रथम व्यक्ति का उपचार किया तथा उसने कृतज्ञतापूर्वक धन्यवाद् कहा, मैं लज्जित सा हो गया था।स्वतः ही मुँह से निकला “प्रभु की ऊर्जा है, प्रभु की ही कृपा है, इसमें मैंने कुछ नहीं किया।“तदोपरांत हम सभी के जीवन में वीके (वाइब्सकड़ा) का आगमन हुआ। वीके, समाज के लिए, मानवता के किये, शरत सर का, संभवतः सबसे अमूल्य उपहार है।

वीके के आने से ऊर्जा का पथ सरल हो गया। उपचार शीघ्र तथा सटीक होने लगे।मेरे लिए तो यह ईश्वर के वरदान से कुछ अल्प नहीं था क्योकि, ना केवल तत्काल उपचार अपितु वीके के संपर्क से मेरे आध्यात्मिक उन्नति के मार्ग भी खुल गए।वीके की शक्तियां अपार है। इस की ११ सकारात्मक ब्रह्मांडीय ऊर्जा शक्तियां, उपचार संबंधी तथा संबंधकारक, दुष्कर कार्य भी सरलतापूर्वक सिद्ध करने में सक्षम है। आवश्यकता है तो केवल ३ प्रक्रियाओं की – विश्वास, अभ्यास तथा धैर्य।यह तीनो स्तम्भ ही इस ज्ञान की आधारशिला हैं।

यह तो सभी मानेंगे कि ईश्वर का अस्तित्व भी, हमारे विश्वास से ही है। धर्म, आस्था, रीति, यहां तक कि पति-पत्नी, भाई-बहिन आदि समस्त सम्बन्ध भी एक विश्वास ही है। फिर अविश्वास के साथ किसी ज्ञान का उपयोग कैसे कर सकते हैं? विक्रय शिक्षा के अन्तर्गत यह सिखाया जाता है – “किसी उत्पाद के प्रति आपका आत्मविश्वास ही आपके सफल विक्रय की कुंजी है।” फिर वीके तो हमारे मन एवं आत्मा के बहुत निकट है। इसमें अविश्वास हमे सफलता कैसे देगा ?

द्वितीय चरण है – अभ्यास! हमे ज्ञात हो कि संसार की कोई भी उपलब्द्धि बिना अभयास के नहीं मिलती।फिर वह कोई क्रीड़ा हो अथवा योग, अभ्यास के अतिरिक्त उपलब्धि नहीं। विद्यालय में पाठ्य विषयो का अभ्यास कर के ही तो हम उच्च श्रेणी में पहुँचे। फिर उसमे भी कई विद्यार्थी प्रथम श्रेणी से उत्तीर्ण होते एवं कई, अल्प अंको से। परंतु, वीके के सन्दर्भ में, बिना अभ्यास के अथवा अल्पभ्यास के, हमे प्रथम अथवा सर्वोच्च श्रेणी की आशा क्यों रहतीहै? क्यों हम चाहते हैं की प्रथम दिवस से ही मन-वांछित परिणाम आये? क्या हमने कभी यह सोचा कि क्या हम वीके के योग्य हो गए हैं ? समझना यह है की जादुई परिणाम प्रदान करने वाला वीके जादुई नहीं, वैज्ञानिक साधन हैं तथा जिस प्रकार पाठ्यक्रम का निरंतर अभ्यास करके सोपान दर सोपान, श्रेणी दर श्रेणी, हम स्नातक हुए हैं, उसी प्रकार ऊर्जा के क्षेत्र में भी हमे पग-पग उन्नति करनी है। नहीं भूलना चाहिए कि वीके,शरत सर की वर्षो की तपस्या एवं अभ्यास की ही उपलब्धि है। स्मरण रहनी चाहिए कि उच्चस्तरीय ज्ञानी होने के पश्चात्भी वे कहते हैं कि “मैं आज भी सीख रहा हूँ।”  हमे सोचना चाहिए कि यदि एक प्रबुद्ध एवं विद्वान् के यह विनम्र शब्द हो सकते हैं, हमारी तो ज्ञान-यात्रा अभी प्रारम्भ ही हुई है।

जैसा कि मैंने अथपूर्व उल्लेख किया था, तृतीय चरण है “धैर्य।” किसी भी परिश्रम अथवा अभ्यास का प्रतिफल एकाएक नहीं प्राप्त होता। यदि उपरोक्त उदाहरण को ही लिया जाए तो हमारे पूरे वर्ष भर के परिश्रम का प्रतिफल वर्षान्त के पश्चात ही प्राप्त हुआ है, ऐसा हम सब ने ही है। तदोपरांत हमने धैर्य पूर्वक परिणाम की बाट जोहि है।तब वीके से मनोवांछित फल की याचना में हम उतावले क्यों हो जाते हैं? क्यों धैर्य नहीं रखते ? क्या हमने कभी सोचा है, कि अपने ईश्वर से हम प्रतिदिन प्रार्थना करतेहैं, तो क्या वे सभी वरदान हमे मिल जाते हैं ? नहीं ना ?तो क्या हम उनसे प्रार्थना करना छोड़ देते हैं ? अथवा इष्ट परिवर्तन कर लेते हैं?

हम ऐसा कुछ नहीं करते। केवल धैर्यपूर्वक प्रार्थना करते रहते हैं। इसी को हम तपस्या कहते हैं। इसी धैर्य की आवश्यकता है। वीके हम सभी को मनोवांछित प्रतिफल देने में सक्षम है परंतु हमे अभ्यास करना होगा। सटीक होना होगा।परिणाम तथा उपलब्धि की लालसा से स्वयं को पृथक करना होगा। धैर्यपूर्वक जुटे रहना होगा। विश्वास की जिये, वह रोगी, जिसका आप उपचार कर रहे हैं, स्वस्थ होकर, स्वयं आपको धन्यवाद् सहित, आपकी उपलब्धि से अवगत करवाएगा।संबंधों में प्रगाढ़ता एवं एकजुटता का भान आपको स्वयं ही होगा। उस दिन आपको स्वयं ही ज्ञात हो जाएगा – आप ऊर्जा क्षेत्र में स्नातक हो चुके हैं।

तो यह लौ जलाये रखना। पग-पग आगे बढ़ते रहना। ऊर्जा सागर है यह…… बूँद भी प्राप्त हो तो तर जाएंगे।
