Tratak Meditation Stages
There is a total of 3 main stages of Tratak and these are…
- Bahiranga Tratak or External Tratak: It involves continuous gazing of a single object or point to the extent that you may shed tears from your eyes.
- Antaranga Tratak or Internal Tratak 1: If you still continue to gaze at the object or the point, when you close your eyes, you can still visualize or see the impression of the same object or the point in front of you.
- Antaranga Tratak or Internal Tratak 2: When you focus on any part of your inner body like your 3rd eye, your heart chakra, etc. is called Internal Tratak.
Benefits of Tratak Meditation
Tratak activates your inner potential. The mind is always wavering and oscillating in multiple thoughts. When you continuously gaze at one object, the brain gets habituated to that object. The alpha brain waves increase and the connection to the external world reduces. There comes a point, where a mind is completely shut to an external environment and one becomes blank to all the thoughts. One may experience freedom from both time and space. You can choose to do any type of Tratak but here I am going to explain how to do Tratak with VIBBES SEEDER.
VIBBES SEEDER (VS) is my new invention after VIBBES KADA (VK), to take care of the harmful effects of Earth’s electromagnetic radiations in the form of Geopathic Stress, Vaastu Doshas, Feng Shui Faults, and negative energies. In this article, I am going to share the additional benefits of VIBBES SEEDER. You can now do MEDITATION with VS alone or with VS and VK combination. You can meditate on VIBBES SEEDER following the traditional “Tratak Method”.
Method For Tratak Kriya Procedure With VS
- Place the VIBBES SEEDER on a flat surface at eye level, approximately 2 to 4 feet away from your eyes.
- Keep a clean wet cloth ready by your side, before you start the Tratak Meditation.
- You can do this meditation with or without wearing VK. You can request your VK to enhance the effect of this meditation by simply saying this 3 times…“VK please enhance the effect of this meditation for me”.
- Sit in a comfortable position preferably with a straight spine posture. If required you can take back support.
- Look at the center (a green ‘S’ point) of the VIBBES SEEDER and continue staring at it with normal breathing.
- Your thoughts about the external world will slowly reduce as you continue gazing at the VIBBES SEEDER.
- You can blink your eyes in between if needed but do continuous staring as much as possible.
- You can continue to stare for a few minutes. If possible continue for some more time even up to 40 minutes or more.
- Do not deviate your eyes away from it to look at the watch or wall clock or any other thing. Just do it with the flow.
- If you feel a strain on the eyes or if your eyes start watering with continuous gazing, you can stop the staring anytime. You can wipe your eyes with a wet cloth.
- If the eyes start watering when doing Tratak kriya, you can close them for a while and then start Tratak once again with open eyes, if you wish to.
- If you feel any pain in your body due to posture, you can stop staring.
- Once you stop, you can close your eyes for a few minutes and imagine gazing at the same point of VIBBES SEEDER with closed eyes.
- You can continue gazing in the void space with closed eyes for the next few minutes. If this is not possible, you can open your eyes slowly anytime.
- Open your eyes slowly and relax.
- End up your meditation with a gratitude note to Divine, VIBBES SEEDER, and VK.
- You can continue with your schedule after this or sleep depending on your comfort.
Best Time To Practice Tratak With VS
- You can do Tratak meditation with VIBBES SEEDER anytime during the day and night. But do it when you are free and not worried about catching up with the next schedule of work.
- Though Tratak can be done anytime, the best time to do Tratak is early morning, maybe before 6.30 am when you are fresh or even at night before sleeping, when you finish all your routine activities.
- Tratak can be done once a day. It can be done regularly or frequently at your convenience.
Duration Of Tratak With VIBBES SEEDER In One Session
You can practice Tratak with VIBBES SEEDER for a few minutes initially depending upon your capacity of gazing. DO NOT STRAIN YOUR EYES BEYOND YOUR LIMIT. You can gradually increase the duration as you practice next time.
